Our Fees
We offer a “no win no fee” option to help you with the daunting task of making your claim. This means that you have no initial financial outlay and therefore bare no risk when making your claim.
Using our expertise and the weight of a national firm of lawyers, we take the stress out of the claims process and will advise you on potential mis-selling of your policy and if so, fight for your entitled compensation.
If successful, therefore meaning that we obtain compensation for you, we charge 25% plus VAT of the amount that we recover for you. For example:
If we recover £2000 for you our fees will be £500 plus VAT and you will receive the remainder.
Please note: VAT is only charged on 25% of your compensation amount and not on the entire amount of compensation you will receive eg if you received £1,000 in compensation our fee would be £250 + VAT (£287.50)
