Unlike Bank Charge claims there is no 'Waiver' that has been issued by the FSA, meaning claims are not frozen or delayed. If you have had 'Unfair' Charges added to your credit card or store card account in the last 6 years, contact us so that we can help you claim such charges back.

You may have had charges applied to your account for late payment; returned payments or exceeding your credit limit. Any of these examples including other charges must be fair and reflect the true cost to the bank.
